Application: Finger Chooser - Party Games

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you download, install, access, purchase, subscribe to, or use Finger Chooser - Party Games (the "Application", "App", or "Service").

The App is a mobile party game and random decision tool distributed through the applicable app marketplace. Unless the App clearly states otherwise, the App does not require users to create an in-app account.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to the App and to information processed when you use its finger chooser, group divider, ranking, party game, random tool, subscription, support, and related features. Contact details are provided only in the "Contact Us" section at the end of this Policy.

3. Overview of Data Processing

Based on the App's actual features and SDKs:

  • the App does not require an in-app account by default;
  • subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by the applicable app marketplace;
  • we do not collect or store full payment card numbers, bank account details, or app marketplace account passwords;
  • game settings, preferences, consent status, VIP or purchase status, and some play data may be stored locally on your device;
  • we may process limited device, usage, diagnostics, analytics, subscription entitlement, attribution, advertising measurement, and support information;
  • third-party service providers may help us operate, analyze, secure, improve, monetize, and support the App;
  • we do not sell personal information for money;
  • some analytics, attribution, advertising, or cross-app tracking practices may be considered "sharing", "targeted advertising", or "tracking" under certain laws or platform rules. Where required, we provide notice, request consent, or offer choices.

4. Information We May Collect

4.1 Information You Provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as:

  • support requests, feedback, error reports, and other messages;
  • email address when you contact us by email;
  • screenshots, logs, files, or diagnostic information you choose to send for support;
  • images or files you select if you use optional image-related features.

4.2 App Usage and Device Information

We may collect technical and usage information, including:

  • device model, operating system version, app version, language, region, time zone, platform type, screen size, network type, and similar device details;
  • app launch events, page views, feature usage events, purchase screen events, subscription events, feedback events, and other app interaction events;
  • crash logs, diagnostic logs, performance data, and error reports;
  • approximate country or region inferred from device, app store, network, public IP, or locale information;
  • app-generated identifiers, platform identifiers, advertising identifiers where available and permitted, attribution tokens, transaction identifiers, receipt-related identifiers, and pseudonymous identifiers used for analytics, diagnostics, fraud prevention, attribution, advertising measurement, or subscription verification.

4.3 Subscriptions and Purchases

If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase, we may receive or process limited purchase-related information from the applicable app marketplace or related app store systems, including:

  • product ID;
  • subscription status and entitlement status;
  • purchase date, renewal date, expiration date, cancellation status, refund status, billing issue status, trial status, promotional offer status, or grace period status;
  • transaction ID, original transaction ID, order ID, purchase token, receipt data, or similar app store records;
  • platform type, country or region, store region, currency, and app version.

We do not receive your full payment card number, bank account information, or app marketplace account password.

4.4 Advertising and Attribution Information

The App may use attribution, campaign measurement, app event, and advertising measurement technologies. Depending on your device settings, consent choices, platform rules, and applicable law, related data may include:

  • device model, operating system, app version, language, region, and time zone;
  • IP address and approximate location such as country or region;
  • advertising identifiers where available and permitted;
  • attribution token, platform attribution data, campaign, install, conversion, and interaction data;
  • consent status, tracking permission status, privacy choices, and ad personalization preferences;
  • diagnostic, security, anti-fraud, and frequency-control information.

On iOS, where required, we request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking you across other companies' apps or websites. You may manage tracking permission in iOS settings.

On Android, you may reset or delete the advertising ID and manage ad personalization in device settings where supported.

4.5 Local App Data

The App may store data locally on your device, including:

  • game settings, sounds, vibration settings, theme choices, language settings, and preferences;
  • privacy consent status, analytics switch status, crash reporting switch status, tracking permission status and attribution status;
  • VIP, subscription, purchase, transaction, and entitlement status used to unlock premium services;
  • locally stored game data, statistics, history, cache, temporary files, or database records needed to run the App.

Deleting the App may delete local app data from your device. Subscription cancellation must be handled separately through the applicable app marketplace settings.

4.6 User-Selected Content

If you use optional image, file, sharing, or feedback features, the App may process content you choose to select, import, crop, attach, share, or send. Such content is used only to provide the feature you request or to handle your support request.

4.7 Sensitive Information

The App is not designed to collect sensitive personal information such as precise location, health data, biometric templates, government identifiers, financial account credentials, or children's data. If a feature requires access to photos or user-selected media, we process only the content you select or authorize.

5. Device Permissions

The App requests permissions only when needed for specific features.

5.1 Network Access

Network access may be used for online features, subscription verification, app events, crash reporting, analytics, remote configuration, attribution, advertising measurement, updates, and customer support.

5.2 Network State

Network state may be used to detect whether online features, purchase verification, diagnostics, or reporting can operate properly.

5.3 Vibration

Vibration may be used to provide touch feedback during games and random selection interactions.

5.4 Photos, Media, or Photo Library

Photo or media access may be used only when you choose to select, import, crop, attach, share, or save user-selected content. We do not access your entire photo library unless you grant the relevant permission.

5.5 App Tracking Transparency

On iOS, the App may request tracking permission where required for attribution, advertising measurement, or cross-app tracking. You can change this choice in device settings.

5.6 Permission Controls

You may manage or revoke permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work properly if required permissions are disabled.

6. Third-Party SDKs and Service Providers

We may use service providers that help us operate, analyze, secure, improve, monetize, and support the App. Providers may include:

  • Apple App Store, StoreKit, App Store Server APIs, App Tracking Transparency, SKAdNetwork, and Apple Search Ads attribution for distribution, purchases, subscriptions, tracking permission, attribution, campaign measurement, refund handling, and subscription management;
  • Google Play Store and Google Play Billing for Android distribution, purchases, subscriptions, purchase tokens, refunds, and subscription management;
  • Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase for app usage analytics, events, engagement, funnels, and product insights;
  • Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting, diagnostics, stack traces, app stability, and error analysis;
  • Firebase Remote Config for remote configuration, feature flags, and app behavior configuration;
  • Meta / Facebook SDK components for app event measurement, attribution, campaign measurement, and platform integration where enabled;
  • Google advertising or measurement components where enabled for advertising measurement, conversion measurement, attribution, or related platform services;
  • our backend services and API endpoints for app registration, entitlement synchronization, event reporting, feedback, and log reporting;
  • email and app store support channels for customer support and communications.

Third-party services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App;
  • to enable finger chooser, group divider, ranking, party game, random tool, personalization, and related features;
  • to process, verify, restore, and manage subscriptions and in-app purchases;
  • to provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
  • to analyze app performance, usage, stability, feature effectiveness, and product quality;
  • to detect, prevent, and troubleshoot crashes, bugs, fraud, abuse, and security issues;
  • to manage privacy choices, consent status, ATT status, and related controls;
  • to measure attribution, campaigns, app events, advertising performance, and conversions where permitted;
  • to comply with legal obligations, platform rules, and enforce our Terms.

8. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we process personal data based on:

  • performance of a contract to provide the App, subscriptions, premium features, purchase restoration, and support;
  • consent for optional permissions, analytics, tracking, advertising, attribution, or similar technologies where consent is required;
  • legitimate interests to maintain security, prevent fraud, improve app performance, understand usage, debug issues, and support our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights;
  • legal obligations to comply with applicable laws, tax, accounting, platform, consumer protection, refund, and regulatory requirements.

9. How We Share Information

We may share information only as described below:

  • Service providers: vendors that help us operate, analyze, secure, improve, monetize, and support the App;
  • App marketplaces: The applicable app marketplace processes purchases, subscriptions, refunds, distribution, and platform account-related information under their own terms and privacy policies;
  • Advertising, attribution, and analytics partners: providers may process data for measurement, personalization where permitted, fraud prevention, attribution, and monetization;
  • Legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information if required by law, legal process, platform rules, or to protect rights, safety, security, and prevent fraud or abuse;
  • Business transfers: information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets;
  • With your direction or consent: we may share information when you request a feature that requires sharing or when you give consent.

10. International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries or regions other than where you live. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, platform controls, data processing agreements, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

11. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

  • local app data remains on your device unless you delete it or uninstall the App;
  • support emails may be retained for customer service, dispute resolution, and legal record purposes;
  • analytics data may be retained according to the settings of our analytics providers;
  • crash and diagnostic data may be retained for app stability, debugging, and reliability purposes;
  • subscription and purchase records may be retained as required for entitlement verification, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, platform compliance, and dispute handling;
  • server logs may be retained for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your device, operating system, app store account, and device backup secure.

13. Your Choices and Controls

Depending on your device, platform, region, and App features, you may:

  • manage or revoke app permissions in device settings;
  • manage subscriptions through the applicable app marketplace settings;
  • restore purchases in the App where supported;
  • manage tracking authorization on iOS;
  • reset or delete advertising identifiers where supported;
  • manage ad personalization on Android;
  • use available in-app privacy, analytics, or crash reporting controls where provided;
  • contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or other privacy rights where applicable.

14. Regional Privacy Notice and Supplemental Rights

Some rights and obligations apply only if the relevant law applies to us, to the App, to the type of data we process, or to your location.

14.1 How to Exercise Privacy Rights

You may submit a privacy request by contacting us through the details in the "Contact Us" section. Depending on your location and applicable law, your rights may include the right to:

  • request access to personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • request deletion of personal data;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to certain processing;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • request a copy of personal data in a portable format;
  • opt out of targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or certain profiling where applicable;
  • appeal our decision where a privacy law provides an appeal right;
  • complain to a data protection authority or regulator.

Because the App does not require an in-app account by default, we may ask you to provide information sufficient to locate relevant records, such as support email history, app-generated identifier, transaction identifier, purchase receipt, device platform, or other information you voluntarily provide.

14.2 EEA, EU, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss FADP, or similar local laws may apply. Subject to applicable law and limitations, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, receive data portability, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

14.3 Tracking, SDK Consent, Cookies, and Similar Technologies

The App, website, and third-party SDKs may use local storage, device identifiers, SDK identifiers, advertising identifiers, attribution technologies, or similar technologies. Where required by law, we request consent before using non-essential tracking technologies for personalized advertising, cross-app tracking, attribution, analytics, or remarketing. Strictly necessary technologies may be used to provide the App, maintain security, process subscriptions, remember privacy choices, or enable core functions.

14.4 California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Where applicable, California residents and residents of other U.S. states may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, opt out of targeted advertising, limit certain sensitive personal information uses, appeal a denied request, and avoid discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising, analytics, or attribution practices may be considered a "sale", "sharing", "targeted advertising", or "cross-context behavioral advertising" under certain U.S. privacy laws. Where applicable, you may opt out through in-app settings, device settings, consent tools, platform-level controls, or by contacting us.

14.5 Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Brazil, India, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Other Regions

Users in these and other regions may have rights under local privacy laws, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent, data portability, complaint, or related rights. Where local law provides additional rights or protections, we will honor those rights as required.

14.6 Conflicts Between Regional Terms

If a regional privacy law gives you greater rights than this general Policy, the applicable regional law will control for users protected by that law. If a section does not apply to your location, App version, feature, or data practice, it should not be interpreted as an admission that we are subject to that law or that we collect that category of data.

15. Children's Privacy

Our Application is strictly directed to and designed for a general adult audience. It is not intended for or directed to children under the age of 18 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly collect, store, or process any personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, please do not download, install, or use this Application. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our servers.

16. No User Account by Default

The App does not require users to create an in-app account by default. Subscriptions are managed through the applicable app marketplace and are associated with your app marketplace account, not an in-app account.

Because we may not have a direct user account record for you, certain data access or deletion requests may require you to provide information sufficient to locate relevant records, such as support email history, transaction identifiers, purchase receipts, or app-generated identifiers.

17. Account and Data Deletion

Because the App does not have an in-app account system by default, you can delete local app data by deleting content inside the App where supported or uninstalling the App. Subscription cancellation must be handled separately through the applicable app marketplace settings.

18. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, app stores, support pages, advertising networks, or payment platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Please review their privacy policies before using their services.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the App, on our website, or through other appropriate channels. The "Last Updated" date indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by law or platform rules.
